Nandankanan’s Only Male Wallaby Dies

Bhubaneswar: An ailing male wallaby died in Nandankanan Zoological Park during treatment on Monday.

The body of the dead wallaby was sent to OUAT for autopsy.

On December 23, 2023, a a male and female wallaby were brought to the Nandankanan Zoo from a private organization in Hyderabad.

With the death of the male wallaby, Nandankanan Zoo is now left with only one female wallaby.
