Six Workers Killed as Wall of Brick Kiln Collapses on Them in Uttarakhand

Roorkee: A wall of brick kiln collapsed killing six workers in Lahvauli village in Uttarakhand’s Roorkee area on Tuesday morning.

The mishap occurred at around 7 am. One of the kiln’s walls collapsed and fell on the workers. The injured were admitted to the Roorkee district hospital.

Haridwar Collector Dhiraj Singh Garbiyal and the SSP of Haridwar Pramendra Dobhal rushed to the spot. Earthmovers are being used to clear the debris.
