Protestor Detained for Throwing Egg at King Charles in England

An egg was thrown at King Charles and his wife Queen Camilla by a protestor in York northern England on Wednesday. British police immediately tracked down the person. The detained man is being interrogated.

The protestor also shouted slogans when he was overpowered by the security personnel.

The British monarch and his wife were attending a traditional ceremony in York when this incident happened. They are on a two-day visit to northern England. King Charles became the new emperor of Britain following the death of his mother Queen Elizabeth.
