Police Arrest 10 Sharpshooters Connected to Lawrence Bishnoi Gang

Gurugram: Gurugram police have nabbed a group of ten sharpshooters associated with the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi-Goldie Brar gang in Gurugram, Haryana. This operation, carried out by the Gurugram Crime branch under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Varun Dahiya, has successfully led to the identification and arrest of the culprits.

The individuals involved have been identified as Jogendra alias Joga, Harjot Singh alias Nila, Sinderpal alias Bittu, Sandeep alias Deep, Ajay Isharwalia alias Punjabi, Rakesh Kumar alias Anil, Prince alias Golu, Dharmendra alias Dharma, Deepak alias Dilawar, and Bharat alias Karan. Out of these, seven were apprehended in Bhondsi, Gurugram, where they had assembled on the instructions of Goldie Brar.

Providing crucial details, ACP Dahiya stated, “Ten sharpshooters belonging to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang have been successfully apprehended. Among the ten, seven were caught in Bhondsi while planning to carry out a criminal act. At the time of their arrest, these seven individuals were wearing police uniforms.”

He further revealed that the gang members had gathered in Gurugram at the behest of Goldie Brar. The arrested sharpshooters hail from Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan. Notably, five of them already have multiple criminal cases pending against them.

The successful operation unfolded following a tip-off received by the Gurugram police of sectors 17 and 31. Promptly acting on the information, they launched a well-coordinated operation, resulting in the arrest of the seven individuals.

According to ACP Dahiya, these sharpshooters had come to Gurugram with the intent of executing a major kidnapping incident and extorting crores of rupees as ransom. The police have also recovered two vehicles from the possession of the accused.

The investigation into this case is currently ongoing, with law enforcement agencies determined to uncover further details and ensure that justice is served.
