New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha has been scheduled to convene for the monsoon session of Parliament from July 20 to August 11, as announced by the Upper House secretariat. The session, which will comprise 17 sittings over 23 days, is expected to focus on a substantial legislative agenda set by the government. The session aims to encourage productive discussions on various matters.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi confirmed the commencement date of the monsoon session, urging all parties to actively participate and contribute constructively to the legislative and other business during this period.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the new Parliament building on May 28.
