Man Films His Father Raping a Minor Girl in Delhi, Both Father & Son Arrested

New Delhi: While trying to ascertain the suspicion that his father was practicing black magic, a man in Delhi’s Burari filmed his 68-year-old father raping a minor girl from the neighbourhood on his mobile phone camera.

The man showed the video clip of the sexual assault to the victim’s father, who approached Delhi Police on June 27. Both the man and his father were arrested by Delhi Police. The alleged rape took place in April.

According to police sources, the girl was close to the 68-year-old, who accompanied her family on religious trips. In April, the man called her to his house and raped her. Due to the threat, the girl remained mum.

But this incident of sexual harassment of the minor got recorded on a mobile phone set up by the old man’s son. The son suspected that his father was practicing black magic and he had set up his mobile camera to film his father.

A case has been registered against the father-son duo under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 4 (punishment for penetrative sexual assault) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (Pocso) Act.

The son has been arrested under Pocso for storing and sharing the video of a sexual assault of a minor.
