Pune: Indian star batter Virat Kohli scored 14 runs in just one legal delivery during the Cricket World Cup 2023 match against Bangladesh on Thursday.
Hasan Mahmud was the bowler and was bowling the 13th over of the India innings. Kohli replaced India skipper Rohit Sharma on the crease and scored two runs off Mahmud’s first ball.
But the umpire called it a no-ball and Kohli slammed the resultant free-hit for a boundary through mid-on. Astonishingly it was a no-ball once again and Kohli got another free-hit which he hit over the long-on fielder for a massive six.
