20 Injured as Bus Rams Into Rock at Bangiriposhi Ghat in Mayurbhanj Dist

Baripada: Over 20 passengers of a bus were injured its driver lost control and the vehicle crashed into a rock on Bangiriposi ghat road in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district on Monday.

The driver of the bus was also injured in the accident. The injured were admitted to the Bangiriposi hospital.

The ill-fated bus was travelling to Murshidabad in West Bengal from Rourkela.

Local police have reached the spot for investigation.

Accidents occur regularly at the 17 Km long Bangiriposhi ghat road on the NH-49 in Mayurbhanj district, connecting Mumbai with Kolkata.
