Rajya sabha Chairman Revokes AAP MP Raghav Chadha’s Suspension

New Delhi: Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar on Monday revoked the suspension of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha. A motion for the revoke of the suspension order was moved by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP GVL Narasimha Rao.

Rao said in the Rajya Sabha, that the suspension suffered by the AAP MP so far be taken as “sufficient punishment” and that the House may consider discontinuation of suspension of Raghav Chadha from today (Monday).

Reacting to the revoke of the suspension order against him, AAP MP Raghav Chadha thanked the Supreme Court and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar. He said, “During these 115 days of suspension, I received a lot of love and blessings from you people. You all gave me the courage to fight in my struggle.”
