But some foods are good for health and should not be consumed after bitter gourd.
Milk – Milk should not be consumed after eating bitter gourd. Doing so causes many stomach problems. Drinking milk after eating bitter gourd causes constipation, abdominal pain, and heartburn.
Radish: It should not be eaten after eating bitter gourd. Doing so causes acidity. Sputum problems also occur.
Yogurt – After eating bitter gourd curry or fried, consuming curd can cause skin problems. Skin diseases also occur.
Okra – Bitter gourd should not be eaten. It causes digestive problems. It also affects the digestive system.
