10th class student living in hostel accused of sexual assault

Puri: A 10th-class student has been accused of molestation at Gilinasi High School in Krishnaprasad block of Puri district. A complaint has been made in Krishnaprasad police station.

The miscreants have been released after abusing a student staying in a government residential school hostel at night. According to reports, the student went to the toilet away from the hostel late last night. There was no wall on the hostel premises. The miscreant was hiding behind the toilet. Seeing the student was alone, two young men from Gilinasi village picked up the student. The two young men were Badri Pradhan and Bhagirathi Gaudu. The two miscreants grabbed the student’s hands and took her to the nearby forest. Meenakshi Pradhan, the mother of the student who misbehaved with two young students in the nearby forest, has complained to the police station. Police reached the spot and started an investigation.
