Police Find Blood Stains, Knife at Atiq Ahmed’s Office

Prayagraj: Stains of blood were found by Prayagraj police inside the half-wrecked office of murdered gangster-politician Atiq Ahmed.

Blood stains were discovered on the stairs and on a white piece of cloth that was kept on a sofa in the office in Prayagraj’s Chakia district.

However, it is not clear whose blood stains they were.

A knife was also seized from the office.

On April 15, Atiq was shot dead by three assailants while being escorted for a medical test in Prayagraj by the police. He was being held by police. The entire shooting was captured live on camera.

Atiq was accused in the Umesh Pal murder case.

Umesh Pal, the key witness in the murder of BSP MLA Raju Pal, and his two security guards were killed in Prayagraj on February 24.
