Delhi Man Kills Live-In Partner With Help of Sister & Brother; Arrested

New Delhi: A 26-year-old man allegedly killed his live-in partner with the help of his brother and sister in Delhi’s Teliwara area. The accused named Vineet Panwar, from Uttar Pradesh’s Baghpat, was arrested by police.

The body of a woman was seized by police from the area near Krishna Public School in Karawal Nagar on April 12. The deceased was identified as Rohina Naaz alias Mahi (25), a resident of Mirajpur in Uttarakhand. According to investigating police officers, Vineet Panwar, his brother Mohit and sister Parul are the prime suspects in the murder case. Viineet Panwar and Parul along with her friend Irfan dumped Naaz’s body in the Karawal Nagar area after murdering her at Teliwara Farsh Bazar.

Police had initially arrested Parul, Mohit, and Irfan, while Vineet Panwar was absconding. He was later arrested from Ghaziabad’s Loni.

Vineet Panwar, who was arrested in a murder case in the past, was having a live-in relationship with Rohina Naaz since 2017. He and Naaz started living with Parul at Teliwara, Farsh Bazar.

Vineet Panwar was sentenced to life imprisonment in a murder case. In 2022, he got parole and started serving as a security guard in an engineering college in Ghaziabad. He decided to murder Naaz as she was pressing him to marry her.

Vineet planned to kill Naaz, with the support of his brother Mohit and sister Parul. After killing Naaz in Teliwara, he, along with Parul’s friend, dumped the body at Karawal Nagar, police said.
